When creating your program, or refashioning the schedule, goals, or what have you, here are some questions you might keep in mind: 

1.  What is your purpose and how is that aligning with the student's needs?
2. How are you achieving the school/program goals?
3. How are the students central to your objectives?
4. How do you establish the relationship between the staff and the students, as well as the program?
5. How do you ensure program integrity?
6. What are your Who and Why Connections? 
7. How does your schedule work with the student's needs? 
8. Are you a Seminar? Lecture? Workshop?  Exploratory?
9. How are you structured? 
10. What are your benchmarks? 
11. How do students work on those benchmark goals and pass them to progress?
